Live Chat: This is the quickest and fastest way to resolve your issue, or contact us for pre-sales questions. Our Reps are available from 12 noon - 9pm MST Sat - Wed. (Service might not available on Thrusday or Friday) If your issue is urgent please use this method if available.
Ticketed Service Requests: (TSRs) are created via email This is the second best way to resolve your issue. Our reps are able to respond to your tickets much earlier and later than our Live Help and phone service, and are available 7 days a week. Most tickets are responded to within hours if not minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours to respond.
Phone: This should be used a as last resort contact only, and you may be asked to create a Ticketed Serivce Request, for your issue. Our phone hours are the same as live help hours, available from 12 noon - 9pm MST Sat - Wed. (Service might not available on Thrusday or Friday),@ 720-381-2952 and will not be responded to outside of those hours. In the event that you get a voicemail, we ask that you Do not leave a voicemail, but create a support ticket instead, as it will be responded to much faster. If you do require to talk to someone you may provide your contact information and availability and we will have someone call you.
